J. P. Coleman State Park
There are various recreational facilities available in the day use area of the park.
Swimming Pool: The park features a 15' x 60' foot swimming pool and a kiddy pool. A pool fee is charged. Arm bands are required. The pool is operated seasonally Thursday through Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. No lifeguards are on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children under the age of 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
Swimming Pool Fee:
- $4.00 per person 3 - 12 years old
- $6.00 per person 13 years and older
Miniature Golf Course: A miniature golf course is set in a shady area near the swimming pool. The miniature golf course is open seasonally and a small fee is charged to play. The course is also available for reservation year round.
Picnic: There are several picnic areas with tables located in the park.
Pavilion: A pavilion with several picnic tables is centrally located in the park. The pavilion can be reserved for a small fee.
Children's Play Equipment: Play equipment is available for children with nearby picnic tables.
