August 2020 Commission Meeting

The Commission meeting will be broadcast by live-stream media.  A link for viewing will be posted on the mdwfp website 30 minutes prior to the meeting.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, restrictions will be in place limiting the number of people allowed in the Commission Conference room. All members of the public will have to wear a mask to enter the building and social distancing will be required.  These requirements are for the safety of both the public and the staff of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks.

Meetings are usually held monthly by the Commission. The date and meeting place are tentative and subject to change, please check back closer to time for confirmation.

There will be an EDUCATIONAL SESSION a 8:30 a.m.  This session provides important insights to the Commission on daily and seasonal activities in the agency. No action is taken by the Commission during the Educational Session.

The BUSINESS SESSION will begin at 9:30 a.m. Action will be taken by the Commission on items placed on the BUSINESS SESSION agenda. 

Any person who would like to comment to the Commission about a specific BUSINESS SESSION agenda item must make a written request to the Executive Director at least two weeks prior to the meeting. Speakers will be limited to three to five minutes each and number of speakers may be limited. Only items on the Business Session agenda are considered for action by the Commission.
