Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks Meeting

The Commission meeting will begin at 2 p.m. for the  BUSINESS SESSION at Buccaneer State Park, Activity Building, 1150 South Beach Blvd., Waveland, 39576.

The meeting is open to the public; however, COVID-19 pandemic precautions are still in place at this time and no more than 20 individuals are allowed in the meeting room, counting the Commission, necessary staff, and presenters. 

A link on the MDWFP website (www.mdwfp.com) will be provided to view a live audio/video stream of the Commission meeting.  The link will be posted 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.

The public will have an opportunity to provide comments on the Business Session agenda by sending an email to Sharon.Polzin@wfp.ms.gov by October 9, 2020. Your email must include the agenda item # in the subject of your email. The body of your message should include your name and address before you comments. If you prefer to make comments by attending in person (room limit of 20 people) please send an email making this request and include your name, address, and agenda item #. Speakers will be limited to three to five minutes each and number of speakers may be limited. Only items on the Business Session agenda are considered for action by the Commission. 

For persons who have already sought and received approval to address the Commission, he or she may still address the Commission at the meeting, but access will be strictly controlled. Participants will have to wait his or her turn in the building lobby. Proper social distancing rules and wearing of masks will be enforced while waiting. After making his or her presentation, the participant will leave the Commission room.
