Thanks for ya'll interest. The place is now called Bayou Brand Foods. formally the specialty kitchen. Yes we do Tamales and Boudin with your deer. We do not mixed meats and only use your deer in your products. We do some sausages but only in a fresh state for now. we sell seasonings for the do it yourself processor, and help in any way we can. Sorry not set up for the smoking anymore, although we are trying to get back to it. We also process some commercial products for stores. look us up on the web, www.eatdeer.com. or call us at 601 796-9227. or you might even email us here. or kevin@eatdeer.com. good luck in the upcoming season and hope to see many of you.
