Take some of those fresh garden squash and try this.
1. cut squash just as you would for stewing down with onions.
2. I add butter salt and pepper.
3. Stew till done.
4. Let cool some.
5. Mix in a egg.
6. Add one half cup milk may be more depending on how much squash you have.
7. Add flour mix add flour till you have a workable past. Should only take as much milk used.
8. Make patties and place in a very thin layer of oil in pan, fry till golden brown on each side.
Get ready for some very good eating.

This is a great recipe. I don't care for squash stewed with onions but I can eat my weight in these.

Ride it like you stole it.
