really sucks when do gooders don't know what they are talking about. I no longer operate as The Specialty Kitchen (got divorced for those of you that need to know). But I did not shut down, I operate as Bayou Brand Foods (new name). I have also acheived a higher level of gov't inspection so I can make commercial products for stores and distributors. Thank you for your patronage.
