1- Kill young doe 2- Cut out backstraps 3- Cut into 3"-4" steaks 4- Poke full of holes with fork 5- Marinate in baggie with Worchershire, Lemon Pepper and Tony's 6- Take out of refrigerator after 2-3 days 7- Pour melted better over top 8- Broil on HI for 5-10 minutes depending on how you like your meat 9- ENJOY! 10-GO KILL ANOTHER ONE!
PS Note that I said nothing about washing the meat. NEVER, EVER wash your meat unless guts, pee, etc. has gotten on it. Water does nothing good and takes away flavor. Cooking kills bacteria- no need to wash. (Learned that one from Billy Joe Cross).

Water does NOT take away any flavor. There is need to wash the meat, it gets hair, bone fragment, blood off the meat. As a processor, there is no way I would cut meat from anyone, if they told me not to wash the meat!
