LeFleur’s Bluff Golf Course Reopens
JACKSON - The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries,
and Parks (MDWFP) has announced the reopening of LeFleur's Bluff
Golf Course. After nearly two months of renovation, the course,
located in Jackson, willopen Friday at 8 a.m.
MDWFP Director of State Parks Ramie Ford said "improvements
range from a complete overhaul of the clubhouse and new golf carts
to greener fairways and landscaping throughout the nine-hole
course."
LeFleur's Bluff Golf Course is one of several outdoor
amenities at LeFleur's Bluff State Park. The golf course will
operate Wednesdays through Mondays (closed on Tuesdays).
Green fees for nine holes range from $10 (walking) to $12
(cart) on weekdays and $13 on weekends - making it one of the most
economical places to play golf in the Southeastern United
States.
