MDWFP Fisheries staff submerged multiple fish attractors at Tippah County Lake, Lake Lamar Bruce, and Lake Mary Crawford. Christmas trees and artificial structures were placed at various depths and their locations will be provided on each lake’s fishing report page. Fish attractors not only provide habitat for bass, bream, and crappie, they also concentrate fish making them easier for anglers to locate and catch. Tippah County Lake and Lake Lamar Bruce are located in northeast Mississippi. Lake Mary Crawford, in south-central Mississippi, is currently closed for renovation and is expected to reopen in the late spring/early summer of 2021.
