CLICK HERE to purchase your tickets online by 5 p.m. on Friday, FEBRUARY 7, 2020. Seating is limited and will be in groups. Couples, singles, and groups are welcome. Must be 21 or over to attend.

EVENT OVERVIEW

Join us amongst the museum’s aquariums and exhibits for a delicious meal created by Amerigo! The evening includes a cocktail reception, live music, a four-course meal, an interpreted aquarium dive during dinner, and time to explore the museum.

The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science Foundation is hosting this event to raise funds for museum events like NatureFEST, Family Fun Science Night, and the Fossil Road Show. These iconic events connect generations of Mississippians with their families, friends, and nature.

After purchasing, Nicole Smith will contact you (closer to the event date) to confirm your menu selections and answer your questions about the event.

Tickets are $75 per person and include:

  • a four course meal created by Amerigo: An Italian Restaurant
  • two drinks
  • live music
  • an aquarium dive interpreted by our museum staff, and
  • time to explore the museum.

Passed hors d’oevres: Bruschetta or Mini Crabcakes

Drinks: Two drinks included with your ticket

Salad: Spring Salad with field greens, roasted red bell peppers, and red onion

Entrées (select one when reservations are placed):

  • Salmon Acuto with black bean salsa and green beans
  • Pork Chops, asiago mashed potatoes, and veggie medley
  • Tortellini with spiced cream sauce

Desserts: Chocolate Torte or Cheesecake Tarte

MUSIC

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Richard Smith came to Mississippi in 1988, and has performed with local bands and soloists in private and public events around the Jackson area ever since. From jazz quartets to Latin bands and Elvis tribute shows, Richard is a well-rounded performer that is sure to please.

The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science Foundation supports the MDWFP Mississippi Museum of Natural Science's education, exhibits, research, and tourism programs.
