Don't miss the "Mississippi Dino Talk" from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Join paleontologist George Phillips in the museum's Rotwein Theatre for an interactive talk about Mississippi’s dinosaurs and other fossils.

What is a dinosaur? Would you recognize a dinosaur fossil if you saw one? How would you describe the characteristics shared by all dinosaurs?

Learn how to identify dinosaurs and distinguish them from other animals many people mistake for dinosaurs. The program begins with a Dinosaur Test!

This program is included in your MS Science Fest admission. Recommended for grades 5 and up, but younger guests are welcome with their adults.
