Learn about Mississippi trees, from sprouts to wood products, along the museum’s green loop trail at this socially distant and engaging outdoor educational event.
Activities include: Leaf ID, log decomposition, tree ring reading, a self-guided, winter twig activity, and more!. A spring bulb giveaway from the Urban Forestry Council is also scheduled (while supplies last), in honor of Mississippi’s Arbor Day.
Timed arrival reservations and masks are required at this time. $6.00 for adults, $4.00 for children ages 3 and up. Under 3 are FREE. Included with MMNS Foundation Membership (but a reservation is still required). To make your timed reservation, visit: https://bit.ly/mmnsreservation.
