Combine knowledge of habitat conservation and biology with artistic ability and you have the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Junior Duck Stamp Program and Contest. This program promotes a greater understanding of "waterfowl conservation" and "wetlands habitat." Mississippi's winning entries in this contest will be displayed at the North Mississippi Fish Hatchery Visitor Education Center beginning May 25.
