The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks along with Trace State Park, are hosting an event involving the sinking of fish habitat on April 26,2014.  The event is free,open to everyone, and starting time is at 9:00 am.  The habitat / structure must be PVC / wood only.  The participants must have their own boat and habitat / structure also there is a minimum of two participants per boat not exceeding boat limitations.  Trace State Park is located between Pontotoc and Tupelo on Hwy 6.

The event offers habitat for all fish, provides security for baitfish, and offers anglers target / fishing spots.
