What is the status of the rebuilding of Buccaneer?
Buccaneer State Park has completed all phases of
reconstruction, all facilities have been restored and the park is
fully open. Operating season for Buccaneer Bay Waterpark is
May 26, 2014 - Labor Day.
What is the Cancellation Policy if one may need to cancel a reservation?

What time is Check-in and Checkout for cabins and campsites?
Check-in - 3:00 PM
Checkout - 11:00 AM
Check-in - 4:00 PM
Checkout - 2:00 PM
If one needs to arrive after 5:00 PM, how would I check-in to a cabin or campsite?
Please contact the specific Park's office before 5:00 PM to make
arrangements for late arrivals for cabins and/or campground
Is a MS Fishing License required to fish at all MS State Parks?
Yes, a MS Fishing Licenses is required to fish anywhere in
MS. Licenses may be purchased at any MS State Park or Purchase Licenses Online.
Is the fishing and boating fee included in the cabin and/or camping fees?
- The fishing and boating fees are included in the cabin and
regular campground fees.
- Fishing and boating fees are NOT included in the primitive
camping areas. The guests must pay a daily fishing or boating

What is the Annual Entrance Pass and what is included with the purchase of the pass?
The Annual Entrance Pass is ONLY for the entry of one
vehicle into ANY MS State Park or MS State Lake for one year.
The pass will expire from one year from the date of purchase.
