 | Villa 12 Villa 12 is located on Mallard Pointe Golf Course. This villa features four individual bedrooms and bathrooms, microwave oven, TV and under the counter refrigerator. The two upstairs bedrooms provide one queen bed and the two downstairs bedrooms have two queen beds in each bedroom. The common area is equipped with full kitchen facilities, basic utensils, TV and dining table with seating for eight. There is also a sitting area with TV, couch and chair.
