Wall Doxey State Park offers an abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities in a setting rich in natural beauty. Centered around a sixty-acre, spring-fed lake, Wall Doxey is only forty miles from the exciting shopping, restaurants, and attractions of Memphis, Tennessee, and is just seven miles from the splendid antebellum homes of Holly Springs, Mississippi. The University of Mississippi ("Ole Miss") is just a twenty five minute drive away, making Wall Doxey State Park the perfect place to spend a football weekend. For a weekend getaway or as a central vacation spot, Wall Doxey State Park is an ideal destination.

Developed
Camping
Wall Doxey's 64 sites available for developed camping feature
picnic tables, grills, and water and electrical hook-ups.
Bathhouses with hot showers and a central sewage dumping station
are located in the developed camping area. All campsites are
reservable up to 24-months in advance and are strongly
recommended. Monthly camping may be available. Please
check with the park office for availability.
Primitive
Camping
Eighteen wooded sites are available for tent camping. Water,
restrooms, and showers are located within walking distance of the
primitive camping area
Cabins / Cottage
Wall Doxey features nine air-conditioned cabins offering forest or
lake views. Accommodating four to seven persons, cabins are
equipped with bed and bath linens and feature screened porches
(except Cabin 6 and 7) and fireplaces. Televisions with Direct TV
have been added into all of our cabins. No pets are allowed in or
around the cabin area. Reservations may be made up to twenty
four-months and are strongly recommended. Smoking is not
allowed in any Mississippi government building (including
cabins/cottages).
The cottage is a two bedroom unit with one queen bed and one full
bed, a combination living, dinning and kitchen area. It has central
air/heat. TV (satellite service), basic kitchen equipment, grill
and patio table/chairs. NO LINENS (bed or bath), PILLIOWS,
or BLANKETS ARE PROVIDED, but may be rented at park office
at time of check-in for an extra fee. Smoking is not allowed
in any Mississippi government building (including
cabins/cottages).
Group Camp
Group camping for up to one hundred four is available in eight
air-conditioned cabins featuring separate counselor's quarters, a
meeting room, and an outdoor amphitheater. Meals are served
cafeteria-style in the dining hall, which seats one hundred twenty.
Campers must furnish their own linens, towels, pillows, soap, and
other personal items. Reservations up to twenty four-months in
advance are required and may be made by contacting the park
office.
Visitor/Activity
Building
The Visitor's Center houses the park office and meeting and banquet
rooms accommodating onehundred fifty to two hundred. For specific
information on facilities, reservations, seating capacity, and
fees, contact the park office (662) 252-4231.
Picnic
Area/Pavilion
The park's fourty picnic sites offer tables, grills, and scenic
views of Spring Lake. Four large picnic pavilions are available by
reservations up to twenty four-months in advance by contacting the
park office. Pavilions provide the ideal setting for family
reunions, company picnics, and church or school outings.
Nature Trail
A two and half mile nature trail winds around Spring Lake,
affording beautiful views of the water and of native Mississippi
flora and fauna.
Playground
Playground equipment is also available.
Playing Fields
A site for softball, football and other outdoor recreational
activities is available.
Boat Launching
Spring Lake offers sixty acres of fresh spring water for fishing.
Ramps are provided.
Fishing
Spring Lake offers sixty acres of fresh spring water for fishing.
Spring Lake is a well-stocked fishing lake. A Mississippi fishing
license is required for all persons between the ages of sixteen and
sixty five. Licenses may be purchased at the park office for a
nominal fee.

Laundry facilities are available.
Disc Golf
Wall Doxey offers two disc golf courses, Spring Creek and Turkey
Hollow. Disc courses are open to the public, free of charge,
however, the normal entrance fee is required.
