You can stop by your local tax collector's office and purchase your license plate.

What can I put my new license plate on?

Mississippi State Park license plate can be placed on a vehicle, camper, or RV.

How much money does the organization receive from the sale of the tags?

As established by senate bill 2288 in the 2020 legislative session, the speciality tag costs $33, of which $20 will be deposited into the Mississippi State Park fund.

Can an individual have more than one specialty license plate?

Yes, an individual can have as many license plates as they have vehicles and campers.

Will vehicle owners be required to turn in the license plate currently on their vehicle in order to pick up the new plate?

Yes, the vehicle owner is required to bring in the old license plate in order to receive the new specialty plate.
