What do you do when your museum’s founder has a birthday during a dinosaur exhibit? You have a dinosaur birthday, of course! See Cathy Shropshire’s living history portrayal of Fannye Cook, the museum’s founder, experience kid-friendly investigations of real fossils, play a dino-themed memory game, and meet our resident velociraptor! All of the Fun Friday activities and the “Dinosaurs Around the World” exhibit are included with museum admission. Admission: $6 for adults, $4 for children, under age 3 are free. Museum Members are FREE.
Looking for something fun to do with your kids this summer? Join us for Fun Fridays every Friday from 10 a.m. - Noon in June and July!
Each Friday will have a new theme and a variety of hands-on activity stations, crafts, and demonstrations throughout the museum.
This mini-event is suitable for families or groups with children aged 4 and up.
