Big feathery fun and special activities for all ages!
Meet LIVE turkeys from Freedom Ranch Outreach Education, examine turkey feathers under a microscope, investigate "egg-cellent" anatomy, make turkey crafts, and learn about turkey conservation!
Special guest artist Elaine Maisel of Feathermore will have turkey feather ornament activities for children to make (while supplies last) and she is bringing her art for sale. So, if you need to get an early start on holiday shopping be sure to visit the Feathermore booth during Wild About Gobblers.
This family-friendly mini-event has something for everyone as we prepare for Thanksgiving.
Included with museum admission: $6 for adults, $4 for youth ages 3 and up, ages under 3 are FREE, Museum Members are FREE.
