Ice Age VS Modern Mississippi
Grab your passport and become a time-traveling explorer as we compare modern Mississippi with the environment of the Ice Age. Participants will investigate animal size, soil and pollen, changing coastlines, and adaptations through exciting activities designed for learning and fun.
Looking for something fun to do with your kids this summer? Then join MDWFP’s Mississippi Museum of Natural Science for Fun Fridays. Each Fun Friday will have a new theme where we will explore activities that feature astonishing humans, amazing animals, or crazy STEAM challenges through hands-on stations spread through the museum. Fun Fridays are suitable for families or groups with children ages 4 and up, and is included with museum admission or membership.
