Grounds Package*

• After-Hours Cost: $1,200
• Includes Pavilion, Front Gardens, Front Lawn, plus access to Front Patio and Lobby Bathrooms

Corporate Package

• Full-Day Cost: $2,000
• Per-Hour Cost: $222/hour
• After-Hours Cost: $2,000
• Includes Conference Room, Multipurpose Room, Rotwein Theatre

Museum Package

• After-Hours Cost: $4,500
• Includes Amphitheatre, Classroom B, Conference Room, Multipurpose Room, Rotwein Theatre, Lower Museum, and access to Catering Kitchen

Museum and Grounds Package

• After-Hours Cost: $6,000
• Includes Amphitheatre, Classroom B, Conference Room, Multipurpose Room, Rotwein Theatre, Lower Museum, Pavilion, Front Gardens, Front Lawn (with Platform), and access to Catering Kitchen

Event Retail Details

Event Parking
Complimentary parking is available in the Museum Parking Lot.

Event Security
Any after-hours rentals include use of 1 security guard. Additional guards may be added at the Museum’s discretion.

Discounts
Museum Members at the highest level and Museum Partners receive a 30 % discount on all rentals (except the Grounds Package and rentals of tables and chairs).

Rental Timeframe
Setup and takedown must be performed during the rental time.

Rental Accommodations
Additional tables and chairs may be rented at $10 per table and $2 per chair. The Museum will not provide utensils, food, drink, or decorations.

Outside Vendors
Any outside vendors must be approved by the Museum and carry the proper permits.
