Join us on Opening Day for a special Youth Dove Hunt at Leroy Percy State Park’s Wildlife Management Area! This year’s 30-acre dove field is planted in sunflowers and includes 25 designated hunting locations.
Youth hunters must be accompanied by a guardian (age 21+ with a valid hunting license and one guardian per youth).
Both youth and guardians may hunt, but must remain together at one of the 25 designated locations.
This hunt is a great way to introduce young hunters to safe and ethical hunting practices while enjoying the outdoors together.
