Spend your Sunday afternoons exploring some of “Mississippi’s Best Hiking Trails” with the Friends of Tishomingo State Park!
Each Sunday in October, the Friends Group will lead a guided hike through Tishomingo State Park. The trail will be selected each week based on participant interest, current trail conditions, and weather.
Please check in with the Park Office before 2:00 PM for parking directions and that week’s trail location.
What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• Hiking shoes suitable for hills, rocks, and uneven terrain
• Drinking water for each person
• Bug spray, if needed
Pets are welcome but must remain on a 6-foot leash and under positive control at all times. Please bring appropriate clean-up bags.
The guided hikes are free with paid park entry of $2.14 per person.
