Rental Areas in the LeFleur's Bluff Complex

Animal Pavilions, The Den, & Regal's Landing

Rates

• Animal Pavilions (groups of up to 15 people): $125/2 hours; $75/additional hour
  • Alligator, Dinosaur, Dragonfly, or Bear 
• The Den (groups of up to 50 people): $200/2 hours; $100/additional hour
• Regal's Landing (groups of 50-150 people): $500/3 hours; $150/additional hour

Rental Hours

M-F: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sat: 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sun: 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Outdoor rental fees are non-refundable (but are able to be rescheduled due to inclement weather). For any questions or concerns, please contact Emma at  emma.lorenz@mmns.ms.gov

Animal Pavilions - Alligator, Dinosaur, Dragonfly, or Bear

Animal Pavilions feature 2 metal picnic tables and seating for up to 15 people. Rates are $125/2 hours; $75/additional hour.

Groups larger than 15 individuals must rent additional animal pavilions or another rental space (see below for The Den and Regal's Landing information and rates).

• Animal Pavilions are available to reserve day of, please visit Spotters Snack Shack for information. To reserve spaces in advance, please email Emma or call her at 601-576-6000 to secure your date.

The Den - Small Group Rental Space

The Den features up to 10 fold out picnic tables, seating up to 50 people. Power outlets are available. Rates are $200/2 hours; $100/additional hour.

Groups larger than 50 individuals must rent “Regal’s Landing” (see below on this page for Regal's Landing information and rates).

• The Den must be reserved at least two weeks in advance.

• Your reservation is not final until you receive confirmation from Emma.

Regal's Landing - Large Group Rental Space

Regal's Landing features 12 metal picnic tables under a covered pavilion. This fenced-in area is located next to Spotter’s Snack Shack and offers large corporate and family groups the opportunity to have an exclusive space, while also being within walking distance of the playground and Spotter’s Adventure Trail. This space sits up to 150 people. Larger groups can be accommodated but must provide additional seating. 

Regal's Landing rental rates are: $500/3 hours; $150/additional hour
