We are upgrading our reservation system! Here’s what you need to know:
Can I still make, change, or cancel reservations?
- Until March 3, 2025: You can make, change, or cancel reservations as usual.
- Between March 4 – March 31, 2025: You will NOT be able to make, change, or cancel any reservations for dates after April 1, 2025.

What happens to my reservation if I already booked for April 1, 2025, or later?
- Your reservation will move to the upgraded system automatically.
- If you need to change or cancel it after April 1, 2025, you must call 1-800-GO-PARKS for assistance.
How will refunds work if I cancel my future reservation?
- If your reservation was moved into the upgraded system, refunds will be sent by check from Mississippi State Parks.
What personal information is moving to the upgraded system?
- Your name, email, and phone number (if you had one on file).

- Use the same email address from your old reservations to link your bookings.
What if I don’t have access to the email I used before?

Can park staff still look up old reservations?
